If and when you are chosen to receive a free sample, we will request your mailing address via email. Your sample will then be mailed to you, along with information on how to submit your on-line password-accessible questionnaire.

Once we have received the completed questionnaire, we will compile and analyze the data and post the results. We will also add your valuable comments.
